Pecorino with truffle
Truffle cheese produced in Sardinia with sheep’s milk from Sarda sheep’s. The dough is straw-colored with small, scattered eye, the hanzelnut coloured crust is thin and canistered. The taste is sweet and milky, with a delicate note of truffle.
