Pecorino with Pistachio produced with pasteurized sheep milk from the dairy Il Fiorino in Tuscany. The rind is straw-yellow, the paste ivory, soft with pistachios scattered across. To the palate has a soft texture and a sweet taste, harmonious and balanced, with pleasant hints of milk and pistachio.
